The King's Speech

The story of King George VI of Britain, his impromptu ascension to the throne and the speech therapist who helped the unsure monarch become worthy of it.

I just watched the movie, The King’s Speech.  Remarkable!
This cast led by Geoffrey Rush and Colin Firth is amazing.  If you like a movie with historic truth and significance, which is well acted, well filmed and well written, you will certainly like this movie.  If you have not seen this movie, it is a must-rent.  I only wish now that I had seen it sooner.  Colin Firth won both a Golden Globe and an Oscar for this role, and based on what I just saw he should have.

Tom Hooper also won an Oscar for best Director while David Seidler won for best original screenplay.  See this movie now!
