Are you kidding me? 

You are two seats away from the Presidency.  Can you please man-up?  Do you cry for sick children, homeless people, poor people or those who are stricken by tragedy?  So far it seems your tears have fallen for yourself and your good deeds, when your party took control of the House and of course; for fallen leaders (Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford)  of your political party.  Mr. Boehner; tears are a terrible thing to waste !
