Beck, who has repeatedly criticized Obama for making the trip in the wake of the killing of Osama bin Laden, voiced that criticism again. "I think it's shameless," he said.
"Really?" O'Reilly said, sounding surprised. "You don't?" Beck responded. "When did you turn into a pansy?"
O'Reilly said that "anything that draws attention to the suffering of the 9/11 families is worthy," and that Obama had been "understated" in his visit. Beck replied that Obama was exploiting "a good political opportunity."

Don’t you have to have some class to determine whether or not someone is acting in a classy manner? I have to tell you; I don’t believe in everything this president has done, but to throw a dagger of an accusation like this when it comes from a place of hatred or sensationalism is truly shameless. For Glenn Beck to call President Obama shameless is; well . . . . . .shameless. Even O’Reilly thought it was ridiculous. When he challenged Beck, the pompous short-timer at Fox, inferred that O’Reilly had become a “Pansy.” I applaud the way our President has handled the events surrounding the death of Bin Laden. I think the burial at sea, not showing photos of the dead terrorist, and ordering a strategic invasion of the compound, were all extraordinary decisions. If the President wants to go to Ground Zero as a display of the justice we carried out, I applaud that too. It’s not like he didn’t invite Beck’s hero; George W. He did invite the former president and was summarily snubbed, because Bush didn’t want to stand in allegiance with a sitting president of an opposing political party. So throw your stones Beck, and make your accusations. You don’t have much longer in front of the cameras at Fox and frankly I can’t wait for you to go. The world is a much better place without Bin Laden and the airwaves will be a much better place once Beck’s show ends!
