Obama To Deliver Unusual Sunday Evening Statement

President Obama will deliver an unexpected statement as soon as 10:30 PM ET on Sunday evening.
A White House pool report says:
"Pool is informed that there is no longer a lid and that the president will make a statement as early as 10:30 p.m."
CNN's Steve Brusk tweets that "we are told it is a national security related announcement by the President."
